What you usually ask before you start
How much does it cost and is there a free pilot?
490 / 990 / 1,990 MDL per month depending on tariff (approx. 25 / 50 / 100 €). Free pilot 30 days on any tariff - no card, no obligation. If it didn't work out - we'll upload your data to CSV and say goodbye.
What if the customer doesn't have an iPhone or Google Pay?
For older Android and iPhones without Wallet, there's PWA-foolback - a regular card web page that is added to the home screen with a single tap. It looks like an app, works offline, push comes as a normal notification.
Do you need a new cash register or POS?
No. The barista scans a QR card on her own phone - a regular PWA page. PIN login, shift history, gift limit - all in the browser. The old cash register is not touched.
What about Act 133 - we won't violate it?
No. Consent to processing is recorded at registration with timestamp, on the registration page there is a full text of privacy notice (what we collect, how much we store, how to delete). Upon guest request - upload or soft-delete with one button from the client card. Hard-delete after 30 days. We are the only service in Moldova that closes this in the product, not by "promise".
Can I opt out after one month?
You can do it at any time. Your data will be uploaded to CSV (guests, transactions, campaigns). Wallet-cards of your clients will no longer receive new stamps, but will remain in Wallet as a souvenir.
What if the barista starts stamping for "themselves" or friends?
Personal PIN for each cashier, daily limit of "gift stamps" (3 by default, customizable), full transaction log with shift stamps. Anomalies (exceeding the limit, atypically large check, a series of cancelations) - comes push owner in the admin area. No need to sit and look at reports - the system calls you.
Apple/Google Wallet - is it reliable? What if they close the API?
Apple Wallet has been around since 2012, Google Wallet since 2018. It's the same level of reliability infrastructure as Apple Pay / Google Pay. Starbucks, Costa, Walgreens card networks live there. If that closes - bank cards in Wallet will close sooner and the whole world will have other problems.
How long does it take to set up?
15 minutes on average. We start a tenant - send you a link - you upload a logo and color - generate a QR - print it and put it on the tables. One hour of barista training - usually not needed, the interface shows itself.
